Ingredients
1 box Everything Seasoning Beer Bread Mix
(1 packet bread mix and 1 packet seasoning in box)
1 can (355 mL) beer or any carbonated beverage
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the bread mix and half of the seasoning in a bowl, add beverage to dry mix. Stir mixture for 30 seconds, mixture will be lumpy. Drop by spoonfuls into greased medium sized muffin tin. Drizzle with melted butter and top with the rest of the seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F. Let cool slightly and serve warm with any of our soups, chili and more.
